For Selection of Professional Staff as Individual Consultants
Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP)

The Government of Punjab, through funds acquired via the Government of Pakistan from the World Bank, intends to engage professional staff as Individual Consultants under the Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP). Applications are invited from qualified and experienced individuals for the following positions:

Available Positions

1. Program Director

Grade: PPS-12
Number of Positions: 01
Qualification:
- Medical Doctor (MBBS/MD)
- Postgraduate qualification in Public Health, Medical Administration, Health Management, or an equivalent field.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of documentary verifiable experience, including at least 2 years in project management for field-based project implementation.
- Preference for candidates with experience in health-related programs.
- Experience working in development projects, especially foreign-assisted ones, is desirable.

2. Additional Program Director

Grade: PPS-11
Number of Positions: 02
Qualification:
- MBBS/MD
- Postgraduate degree in a health-related discipline (Public Health, Health Economics, Healthcare Management) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
Experience & Skills:
- At least 7 years of documentary verifiable experience in health projects, with a minimum of 3 years post-graduation.
- Specific experience in developing and implementing population and family planning or reproductive health operations.
- Ability to produce technical guidelines and training materials in the health sector.
- Experience with development or foreign-assisted projects will be preferred.

Selection will be made in accordance with Section VII – Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants of the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (Sixth Edition, February 2025).
