?? Instructions for Department of Health Candidates

  • Applications must be routed through the proper channel along with required documents.

  • Applications will be considered only after approval of Secretary Health GoAJK.

  • Direct applications from DoH employees will not be accepted.

  • Selected DoH employees will draw salary against their respective DoH posts.

?? Terms & Conditions

  1. Appointments will be made under Contract Policy 2006 of GoAJK for 3 years (extendable).

  2. Purely merit-based selection.

  3. Selected candidates must follow PMC/PM&DC and institutional rules.

  4. Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days’ notice or one month’s salary in lieu.

  5. Income tax will be deducted at source.

  6. Age limit according to GoAJK/PM&DC policy.

  7. In case of ambiguity, GoAJK rules shall apply.

  8. No TA/DA will be provided for interview.

  9. Joining is mandatory upon issuance of offer letter. Failure will lead to blacklisting.

  10. No accommodation will be provided.

  11. Minimum six hours daily presence is mandatory. Less than six hours = part-time (not allowed).

  12. Incomplete applications will be rejected.

  13. Bring original documents at interview time.
