? General Instructions & Eligibility Criteria

1. Eligibility: Only candidates having Sindh domicile are eligible to apply.

2. Post Identification: Clearly mention the name of the post and specialty on the top-right corner of the envelope.

3. Qualification Preference: Candidates with relevant international qualifications will be given preference.

4. Application Submission: Submit applications along with the following:

   • One recent passport-size photograph

   • One set of attested photocopies of relevant documents (qualifications, experience, publications, domicile, CNIC)

   • Three current referral letters

   • Brief curriculum vitae (CV)

   • Place all items in a sealed envelope

5. Government Employees: Candidates working in government or public sector institutions must apply through proper channel with a copy of NOC.

6. Incomplete Applications: Any application lacking the required information/documents will not be entertained.

7. Confidentiality: All information provided will be kept strictly confidential.

8. Pre-Interview Test: A Pre-Interview MCQs-based test may be conducted for shortlisting if the number of applicants is large.

9. Right to Cancel: The University reserves the right to cancel any or all applications without assigning any reason.

10. Shortlisting: Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview.

11. Age Relaxation: Subject to approval by the Scrutiny Committee/Selection Board.

12. TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in tests/interviews.

13. Document Verification: All submitted documents will be verified. Submission of false or misleading information will lead to disqualification/removal from service.

14. Application Fee: A non-refundable pay order of Rs. 1,500/- in favor of Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi must be attached.
