Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must hold:

1. PhD/M.Phil/MS in Business Administration or an equivalent field
2. PhD/MS in Computer Science (CS), Software Engineering (SE), Information Technology (IT), Computer Systems Engineering (CSE), or an equivalent degree
3. PhD/MS/M.Phil in Psychology
4. Teaching and research experience in a recognized Institution, University, or College
5. A strong research portfolio with publications in academic journals
6. Proven ability to:
   • Effectively deliver lectures
   • Design curriculum
   • Assess students’ performance
7. Active participation in professional organizations and conferences

Foreign qualifications are preferred.
