Minimum Qualification and Experience Criteria for Associate Professor (Information Technology)

  • Academic Qualification:
    Ph.D. in relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution (in consultation with PEC where applicable).

  • Experience:
    Either of the following:

    • 10 years of teaching/research experience in a recognized institution/college/university OR 10 years of professional experience in the relevant field in a national/international organization, including 2 years teaching experience,
      OR

    • 5 years post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience in an HEC-recognized university or postgraduate institution OR professional experience in the relevant field in a national/international organization.

  • Publications Requirement:
    Minimum 10 research publications, including at least 4 within the last 5 years in HEC/PEC recognized journals.
