Unit Head Product Development (AVP)

Eligibility Criteria
Educational/Professional Qualifications
- Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or relevant certifications will be given preference.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 06 years of experience in the banking or financial sector.
- At least 02 years of experience in product management or business analysis, preferably related to home remittances.
Skills and Expertise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced analytical abilities.
- Effective time management.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Primary Responsibilities

Product Development
- Collaborate with technical and digital teams to deploy advanced technological solutions.
- Work with stakeholders for new product development and smooth operations of existing offerings.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Change Requests (CR) for technical submissions.

System Enhancements
- Oversee testing and implementation of remittance system improvements to enhance performance and operational efficiency.

Monitoring and Compliance
- Conduct continuous monitoring of Home Remittance performance across branches.
- Ensure all regulatory guidelines and compliance policies are implemented.

Reporting and Audits
- Provide robust reporting and analytics support to management.
- Coordinate with internal, external, and SBP auditors to meet audit requirements.

Other Responsibilities
- Develop monitoring systems aligned with regulations and internal policies.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Assessment and Employment Type
- Shortlisted candidates will undergo interviews.
- The employment will be contractual for three years, renewable based on performance.
