Applications are invited for the following posts:

1. Procurement Officer (BS-16)

• Number of Posts: 5
• Qualification: BA/B.Sc./FA/F.Sc. with a diploma in Inventory Management
• Experience: 5 years of experience in civil defense services as a procurement/purchase officer
• Age Limit: 18-33 Years

2. Transport Officer (BS-16)

• Qualification: BA/B.Sc./F.Sc. with a diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 5 years of practical experience in managing mechanical transport in civil defense services or in a large private organization
• Age Limit: 18-35 Years

3. Cataloguer (BS-16)

• Qualification: Master's in Library Science/MA/BA B.Ed. from an HEC recognized institution
• Experience: 5 years of practical experience in office work, printing work, secretariat job, cataloging, and filing systems. Maintenance and systematic arrangements of library books/shelves. Familiarity with printing work and mandatory computer literacy
• Age Limit: 18-33 Years

4. Stenographer (BS-16)

• Qualification: BA/FA with a diploma in office work from a recognized institute
• Experience: 5 years of practical experience as PA/Stenographer. Shorthand speed of 100 w.p.m. with typing speed of 40 w.p.m. Full command of MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Age Limit: 18-33 Years

5. IT Officer (BS-16)

• Qualification: BCS/BCSE/ICS in Computer Science from a recognized institution
• Experience: 5 years of practical experience in the relevant field in the public or corporate sector. Familiar with LAN, WAN, and troubleshooting both in software and hardware. Networking certification like CCNA, Microsoft, Mikrotik, or any other will be considered a plus. Experience in web/software/android development and its deployment will also be considered a plus
• Age Limit: 18-33 Years

6. Steno Typist (BS-14)

• Qualification: BA/FA with a diploma in office work from a recognized institute
• Experience: 5 years of practical experience in office work with a typing speed of 40 w.p.m. and shorthand speed of 80 w.p.m. Candidate should be computer literate
• Age Limit: 18-30 Years

7. Electrical Supervisor (BS-11)

• Qualification: FA/F.Sc. with a diploma in Electrical according to PWD requirements
• Experience: 2 years of practical experience in the public or private sector with a trade proficiency certificate of an electrician and an electrician's license. Should have knowledge and understanding of electrical drawings
• Age Limit: 18-30 Years

8. Telephone Operator (BS-9)

• Qualification: Matriculate with a diploma in signal and communication
• Experience: Ex-Service man of signal with 2 years of practical experience in the relevant field in civil telephone exchange
• Age Limit: 18-30 Years

9. Nursing Staff (BS-7)

• Qualification: Matriculate with a diploma in Nursing from a recognized teaching healthcare institution
• Age Limit: 18-30 Years

10. Telephone Technician (BS-5)

• Qualification: Matriculate with a diploma in signal and communication
• Experience: Ex-Service man of signal with 2 years of practical experience in the relevant field in civil telephone exchange
• Age Limit: 18-30 Years

11. Carpenter (BS-4)

• Qualification: Matriculate with a diploma in carpentry
• Experience: 5 years of practical experience in carpentry
• Age Limit: 18-30 Years

• Qualification: Matriculate with a diploma in painting
• Experience: 5 years of practical experience in painting and graphics
• Age Limit: 18-30 Years

13. Dispatch Rider (BS-4)

• Qualification: Matriculate and familiar with various related offices and areas
• Experience: 2 years of practical experience with a motorcycle license
• Age Limit: 18-30 Years

14. Dish Washer (BS-1)

• Experience: Practical experience of working in civil/defense mess or in a hotel
• Age Limit: 18-30 Years

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Government servants should apply through proper channels.
2. Age relaxation will be considered as per Federal Government Rules.
3. Suitable candidates should send their applications on the prescribed format (downloadable from NIM's website www.nim.gov.pk) along with one passport-size photograph and an attested copy of CNIC. Hard copies of educational documents are not required with the application form; however, shortlisted candidates will provide original documents along with one attested set at the time of the interview.
4. Candidates applying for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate envelopes.
5. Only shortlisted eligible candidates shall be called for a test/interview.
6. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
7. The institute reserves the right to increase, decrease, or delete the number of posts advertised.
8. Applications complete in all respects should reach the office of the undersigned through post/courier only, within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
9. Provincial, regional, and other quotas will be observed strictly as per rules.
10. The institute also reserves the right to cancel or postpone the advertisement, partially or fully. A written test and demo will also be part of the selection process where deemed necessary.
