Position: Procurement Officer
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: MBA (Supply Chain Management) from a reputable university.
- Certification in Supply Chain/Procurement/Project Management will be an advantage.
- Experience: 3–4 years in procurement & maintenance, preferably in a reputable hospital.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with ERP/Inventory software is mandatory.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the procurement cycle.
- Familiarity with vendor contracts, SLA, AMCs, and applicable taxes on goods and services procurement.
- Exposure to import and custom clearance is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and digital tools.
- Age: Preferably under 40 years.
Position: Procurement Assistant
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Graduate, preferably B.Com, with proficiency in MS Excel, email, and internet use.
- Experience: At least 2 years, preferably in procurement or supply chain management.
- Technical Skills:
- Ability to handle routine official correspondence.
- Knowledge of standard procurement procedures is an added advantage.
- Adequate negotiation skills.
- Age: Preferably under 30 years.
