EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a Master's degree from a reputable HEC-recognized institution.

Age Limit:
- Maximum 26 years (as of the last date for submitting the application).

Experience:
- Candidates with 1 year of banking experience in database management, sales processing, MIS reporting, or a relevant field will be preferred.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage sales and the processing of loans and database management.
- Assist the Unit Head in implementing business strategies to achieve sales/business targets related to personal loans.
- Proactively monitor the growth of assigned portfolios and the profitability of individual accounts by analyzing and interpreting data from various sources.
- Review and verify loan proposals from branches according to a prescribed checklist, identifying discrepancies, and recommending the same to the Unit Head, Regional Executive Assets, and/or Regional Head for endorsement approval.
- Stay updated with all regulatory guidelines (e.g., SBP’s Prudential Regulations) and the bank’s credit policies, ensuring compliance.
- Maintain a sound portfolio by preventing additions to watch-lists or non-performing loans (NPLs) and ensure timely actions to reduce and prevent product NPLs.
- Prepare Competitor Scans for all consumer products, monthly Statement of Classified Accounts, and Profile Data Reconciliation.
- Maintain monthly portfolio MIS and detailed dashboards for personal loans for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Follow up with branches to rectify Disbursement Authorization Certificates and assist the Unit Head in resolving related complaints.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
KNOWLEDGE/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in data management and analysis.
- Proficient in MIS and understanding its application to business needs.
- Expertise in MS Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
