Vacancy Announcement

The Secretariat of the OIC Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation (COMSTECH), located in Islamabad, invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the following position:

Position Title: Adviser (Science Policy/STIC)

Number of Positions: 01

Qualifications Required:

  • A PhD degree from a reputed foreign or national university, preferably in the field of Natural Sciences.

Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 25 years of professional experience in leading Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) policy organizations.

Job Type:

  • Temporary and contractual appointment for a period of one year.

  • The position is extendable, subject to a positive performance evaluation.

Remuneration:

  • An attractive salary package along with fringe benefits will be offered, in accordance with applicable rules.
