Kohesultan Mining Company (Private) Limited (KMCL), a leading mining firm, is pleased to announce exciting career opportunities for dynamic and experienced professionals to join the Siah Dik Copper Project. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Position: Geomatics Engineer

Department: Technical Department
Number of Positions: 02

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Surveying and Mapping Engineering or a closely related field.

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience working as a Surveyor in the construction industry.

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Proficiency in handling surveying instruments such as level, total station, RTK, and drones.

  • Skilled in software applications including AutoCAD, Global Mapper, GIS, ContextCapture, and Metashape.

  • Capable of conducting independent engineering surveys and drone aerial surveys.

  • Competence in creating various topographic maps.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct precise site surveys using total stations and GPS.

  • Prepare detailed reports, engineering drawings, and documentation.

  • Analyze survey data for accuracy and completeness.

  • Coordinate with project stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Carry out pre-construction surveys and monitor construction progress.

  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety protocols.

  • Maintain surveying equipment and tools.

2. Position: Accommodation Supervisor

Department: Administration (ADM)
Number of Positions: 02

Qualification:

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, or a relevant field.

Work Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in hostel or hotel management.

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Sound knowledge of health and safety compliance and crisis management.

  • Proficient in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily hostel operations including room assignments and maintenance.

  • Ensure cleanliness, repair work, and compliance with health and safety standards.

  • Manage inventory and procurement of accommodation-related supplies.

  • Train and supervise staff members and manage duty rosters for 24/7 coverage.

  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure the safety and quality of living facilities.
