Our client, a reputable Independent Power Producer (IPP), seeks to attract high-caliber, result-driven, and career-oriented individuals with proven abilities for the following opportunities at its plant site in Punjab.

1. Manager Maintenance I&C (Multiple Positions)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • B.E/B.Sc. Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) from a local or foreign university (recognized by PEC).

  • Minimum 10 years of O&M experience in CCPP.

  • Minimum desired age: 33 years.

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in I&C maintenance, including optimization/calibration of Gas and Steam Turbines, particularly Siemens Control System (SPPA T-3000).

  • Troubleshoot issues, identify resources, and implement plans to enhance plant availability, reliability, and efficiency within assigned budgets.


2. Assistant Manager - Shift Operations (Multiple Positions)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • B.E/B.Sc. Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) from a local or foreign university (recognized by PEC).

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in shift operations.

  • Minimum desired age: 27 years.

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager (Shift-Ops) in managing operations of the plant safely, efficiently, and smoothly during shift hours.

  • Ensure compliance with operating procedures and OEM recommendations.

  • Knowledge of plant equipment, processes, and principles associated with CCGT power plant operations.


3. Assistant Manager Maintenance - Electrical/Mechanical (Multiple Positions)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • B.E/B.Sc. Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) from a local or foreign university (recognized by PEC).

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance.

  • Minimum desired age: 27 years.

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • O&M experience in a Thermal Power Plant in CCPP, preferably Siemens Gas & Steam Turbines or other reputed OEMs.

  • Assist the Manager Electrical/Manager Mechanical in managing respective maintenance activities to achieve maximum availability, reliability, production, and efficiency targets.


4. Manager - Shift Operations

Eligibility Criteria:

  • B.E/B.Sc. Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) from a local or foreign university (recognized by PEC).

  • Minimum 10 years of operations experience in shifts.

  • Preferably HV Certified.

  • Minimum desired age: 33 years.

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Manage shift operations safely, efficiently, and smoothly while maintaining plant integrity and efficiency.

  • Strong understanding of thermal plant equipment, CCPP processes, and commercial/operational issues related to IPPs.


5. Assistant Manager - Fuel Quality & Maintenance

Eligibility Criteria:

  • B.E/B.Sc. Engineering (Chemical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) from a local or foreign university (recognized by PEC).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Fuel Quality & Maintenance, preferably in power plants.

  • Minimum desired age: 28 years.

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Assist Manager Fuel in routine O&M-related matters.

  • Knowledge of fuel operations, maintenance, and fuel oil measurement per OSA Agreement.


6. Assistant Manager - Chemical

Eligibility Criteria:

  • B.Sc./B.E. Engineering (Chemical) from a local or foreign university (recognized by PEC).

  • Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably in the power, chemical, or fertilizer sector.

  • Minimum desired age: 28 years.

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Experience in chemical control for large thermal power plants, including water treatment plants, fuel chemistry, boiler water/steam quality control, and environmental pollution control using modern techniques.


7. Assistant Manager - Performance

Eligibility Criteria:

  • B.E/B.Sc. Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) from a local or foreign university (recognized by PEC).

  • Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in plant performance.

  • Minimum desired age: 27 years.


8. Manager - Accounts

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualified Accountant from a recognized professional accounting body (CA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA, or equivalent).

  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in a listed company, preferably in the power sector.

  • Minimum desired age: 30 years.

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in IFRS, statutory reporting, corporate governance regulations applicable to listed companies in Pakistan.

  • Financial reporting, internal controls, risk management, financial modeling, forecasting, and budgetary control.


9. Assistant Manager - Tax

Eligibility Criteria:

  • MBA Finance/ACCA Qualified/CA Finalist.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant tax experience.

  • Minimum desired age: 28 years.

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager Tax in preparing and submitting Income Tax and Sales Tax returns.

  • Liaise with Tax Consultants for pending assessments and required documentation.


10. Assistant Manager - Treasury

Eligibility Criteria:

  • MBA Finance/ACCA Qualified/CA Finalist.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant treasury and project finance experience.

  • Minimum desired age: 28 years.

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager Treasury in liquidity management and fund availability for operations and special needs.

  • Hands-on experience in corporate finance, project financing, and financial modeling.


11. Assistant Manager - Legal

Eligibility Criteria:

  • LL.B. (Preference for LL.M.) from a recognized university.

  • Minimum 3-4 years of in-house experience preferred.

  • Minimum desired age: 27 years.

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support, focusing on contractual matters and compliance with laws and regulations.

  • Liaise with external legal counsels on litigation matters, drafting documents, and managing legal filings.

  • Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
