A reputed construction firm is seeking a Staff Officer to assist the CEO/Managing Director (MD). The ideal candidate must be proactive, possess strong administrative skills, and demonstrate a dynamic personality.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role, such as Staff Officer, Executive Assistant, or Personal Secretary.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
