Assistant Director (International Cooperation/Policy)
An Islamabad-based progressive organization is seeking a dynamic and qualified individual for this role on a merit basis.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Minimum Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: A professional degree in Public Policy, International Development, or Environmental Policy from an HEC-recognized local or foreign educational institution.
- Experience: At least three (3) years of relevant experience in the field.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent report writing skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred Additional Qualifications (Advantageous but not mandatory):
- MBA or Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, Electronics).
Preference may be given to candidates with experience in:
✅ Coordination with international donor agencies or development partners for appraisal and implementation of programs/activities.
✅ Energy policies, including:
- Policy issue identification
- Research and consultation
- Data gathering and analysis
✅ Preparing reports and related documentation.
