Kohesultan Mining Company (Private) Limited (KMCL) is seeking qualified and competitive applicants for various positions at the Siah Diq Copper Project.


Positions Available

  1. Senior Manager (G&A)

    • Qualification: Minimum BA degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or Journalism.
    • Experience:
      • Proven work experience in roles such as Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager, or similar executive roles.
      • Experience with non-ferrous mining projects.
    • Skills and Abilities:
      • Excellent communication and cross-cultural competency.
      • Proficiency in English.
    • Core Responsibilities:
      • Assist the General Manager/Deputy General Manager in administrative operations and activities.
  2. Senior Manager (Mining)

    • Qualification: Minimum BS degree in Mining, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
    • Experience:
      • At least 3 years of proven work experience as a Mining Manager, Chief Engineer, or Project Manager.
    • Skills and Abilities:
      • Good organizational and communication skills.
      • Proficiency in English.
    • Core Responsibilities:
      • Assist the General Manager/Chief Engineer with mining operations.
  3. HR Supervisor

    • Department: HR Department.
    • Qualification: Minimum BA degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience:
      • At least 3 years of experience in HR management, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
    • Additional Skills:
      • Familiarity with Pakistan's labor laws, HR policies, and procedures.
    • Core Responsibilities:
      • Manage HR operations, including onboarding, policy implementation, and employee performance evaluations.
  4. Admin Supervisor

    • Department: Administration.
    • Qualification: Minimum BA degree in Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • Experience:
      • At least 2 years of experience in administrative or office supervisory roles.
    • Skills:
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other necessary software.
      • Strong writing and communication skills.
    • Core Responsibilities:
      • Manage administrative tasks and staff accommodations.
  5. Security Supervisor

    • Department: Security.
    • Qualification: BA degree in Security, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
    • Experience:
      • 5 years of relevant experience in security management.
    • Core Responsibilities:
      • Protect company staff and property.
      • Develop and implement security protocols.
  6. Maintenance Incharge (Auto)

    • Department: General Support.
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering or a related field.
    • Experience: Relevant experience in vehicle maintenance.
    • Core Responsibilities:
      • Lead the repair and maintenance of construction machinery and vehicles.
  7. Maintenance Incharge (Mechanical)

    • Department: General Support.
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
    • Experience:
      • At least 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance.
    • Core Responsibilities:
      • Repair and maintain mechanical equipment for mining projects.
  8. Maintenance Incharge (Electrical)

    • Department: General Support.
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
    • Experience:
      • Relevant experience in electrical maintenance and repair.
    • Core Responsibilities:
      • Oversee the maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
  9. Procurement Supervisor

    • Department: Procurement.
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience:
      • Familiarity with import/export policies and procurement procedures in Pakistan.
    • Core Responsibilities:
      • Manage procurement, maintain records, and acquire necessary permits.
  10. Safety Supervisor

    • Department: Production Safety.
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
    • Experience:
      • At least 5 years of experience in safety management, preferably in mining.
    • Core Responsibilities:
      • Monitor safety practices, promote safety culture, and address deviations.
