A donor-funded project is seeking dynamic and career-oriented professionals for various positions on a contract basis. The following positions are available:

1. MDR Specialist

No of Positions: 1
Required Qualification and Experience:

  • MBBS with Postgraduate qualification in Public Health, recognized by PMC.
  • At least 7 years of experience in public health, including a minimum of 3 years in programmatic management of TB and DRTB (Drug-Resistant Tuberculosis).
  • Experience in policy development, planning, and monitoring is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of WHO recommended strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of drug-resistant TB.
  • Clinical experience in managing Tuberculosis is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, data management, analysis, presentation, report writing, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Max Age: 50 years

2. M&E Manager - TB

No of Positions: 1
Required Qualification and Experience:

  • MBBS with a Master's in Public Health from an HEC-recognized University.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Public Health Programs with 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Candidates with experience in TB programs will be preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of WHO monitoring tools, indicators, strategies, and guidelines.
  • Familiarity with public health systems, disease surveillance networks, reporting mechanisms, data analysis, and interpretation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, report writing, and communication skills.
  • Max Age: 50 years

3. Manager M&E/Surveillance

No of Positions: 1
Required Qualification and Experience:

  • MBBS or BDS with a Master's in Public Health from an HEC-recognized University.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation in Public Health Programs.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in HIV control programs.
  • Max Age: 50 years
