Position: Site Logistics Specialist

Department: Supply Chain
Location: Reko Diq Mine, Sar-Balochistan

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in transportation management, project management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a logistics/transportation specialist, preferably in the mining industry.
• In-depth knowledge of transportation industry regulations.
• Proficiency in transportation management software.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with strong decision-making abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work outside regular business hours.
• Willingness to travel for outstation inspections in case of cargo damage.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize transportation operations.
• Coordinate with management to improve logistics and transportation processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and KPIs.
• Monitor and improve transportation performance metrics.

Position: Warehouse Operators

Department: Supply Chain
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site, Balochistan

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in warehouse operations is a plus.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or material handling, preferably in the mining or industrial sector.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar warehouse management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and inspect incoming and outgoing goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in compliance with customs requirements.
• Coordinate shipments while ensuring organization and quality in the warehouse.

Position: Airport and Contractor Quality Lead

Department: Supply Chain
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site, Pakistan

Qualifications:

• Air traffic controller certification.

Experience:

• Experience in airport or airstrip operations, particularly in minor facilities.
• Proven experience in performing quality checks and ensuring safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily airport operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety.
• Foster relationships with contractors to maintain efficient operations.

Position: Contract Specialist

Department: Commercial
Location: Karachi

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in business, quantity surveying, engineering, or construction management.

Experience:

• 10 years of experience as a contract specialist or administrator, preferably within the mining or construction sector.
• Experience in the development and administration of contracts (both D&C).
• Knowledge of engineering/construction industry contracting practices, as well as government and commercial regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage tender packages.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate procurement and logistics, evaluate performance, and resolve commercial issues.

Position: System Administrator

Department: Information Technology
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site, Balochistan

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator.
• Experience with virtualization tools (e.g., ESX, ESXi, vSphere).
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux OS, Office 365, Azure, SharePoint.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain servers, storage, and backups.
• Oversee infrastructure, data center operations, and cybersecurity compliance.
• Provide technical support and optimize IT performance.

Position: Senior Geologist

Department: Explorations
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site, Balochistan

Qualifications:

• Degree in geology or geological engineering.
• Postgraduate degrees and certifications are advantageous.

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in exploration, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in gold exploration, with knowledge of porphyry copper-gold deposits and molybdenum porphyries.

Responsibilities:

• Lead exploration opportunities and evaluation programs.
• Oversee safety, health, environmental standards, and sustainability practices.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the exploration team.
