1. Position: Equipment Instructor/Operator

Department: Health & Safety
Qualification Requirements:

  • Valid HTV Class Driver's License.
  • Certificate in Work Health and Safety (desirable).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in operating various mobile equipment (Excavators, Loaders, Dump Trucks, etc.), preferably in the mining industry.
  • Valid third-party qualifications for operating heavy construction/mining equipment.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge of the Mining Safety and Health Act and related regulations.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and enforce high safety standards.
  • Conduct and assess site-specific training sessions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure compliance with RDMC standards and legislative requirements.
  • Support operational proficiency and collaborate with safety and supervisory teams.

2. Position: Lifting Supervisor

Department: Health & Safety
Qualification Requirements:

  • LEEA Level 1 or Level 2 Rigging and Lifting Certification (International certifications and accreditations are highly desirable).
  • Working at Heights third-party certification from a recognized training provider.
  • HTV license.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience if holding LEEA Level 2 Certification.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience if holding LEEA Level 1 Certification.
  • Field-level experience in rigging and heavy lifting, including tandem lifting with cranes.
  • Experience in drafting procedures and standards for lifting and rigging.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise safe lifting operations.
  • Develop and implement lifting plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments and safety briefings.
  • Monitor equipment for compliance and safety.
  • Collaborate with site personnel.
  • Provide training to ensure safe and efficient lifting practices.

3. Position: Community Engagement Lead

Department: Community Relations
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site-Balochistan/Nokkundi Office
Qualification Requirements:

  • Master’s degree preferred in Sociology, Rural Development, or Social Sciences.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate trust-based stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage the stakeholder registry and implement the Stakeholder Engagement Plan.
  • Handle grievances and manage community development projects.
  • Conduct monitoring activities and support local supplier development.
  • Assist in training and compliance with social targets.

4. Position: Community Grievance Lead

Department: Community Relations
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site-Balochistan/Nokkundi Office
Qualification Requirements:

  • Master’s degree preferred in Sociology, Social Work, Rural Development, or Social Sciences.

Experience Requirements:

  • Conduct thorough investigations and facilitate dialogue.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
