Position Title:

Director Academics (Educationist)

Required Qualification:

  • Ph.D. in Education or a relevant academic discipline.

Experience Requirements:

Candidates must have prior experience in reputed institutions, including:

  • Principalship: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Principal.

  • Teaching: At least 15 years of teaching experience.

  • Educational Management: Minimum 5 years of managing a complete education system (i.e., an organization with multiple schools/colleges).

Required Expertise:

  • Academic Planning & Development

  • Evaluation & Quality Assurance

  • Curriculum Design

  • Teacher Training & Development

  • Student Affairs (Preschool to Higher Secondary Level)

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 52 years
