POSITION VACANT

Applications are invited from self-motivated individuals with a growth-oriented mindset, balanced personality, and progressive ideas for appointment to the following positions on a contract basis:

Available Positions

  2. Principal
    Campus: DPS, Kamalia Campus

Qualification Requirements

  • Academic Qualification: Master’s Degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Age Limit: Between 45 and 60 years.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in reputed educational institutions.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in educational management as the Head of a similar institution.
  • Proven expertise in guiding and training teachers, particularly in teaching strategies and instructional methods.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Computer Skills.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills.
  • Effective Administrative Skills.
  • Knowledge of Financial Management.
  • Competence in Human Resource Management.
  • Expertise in Educational Management.

Pay Package/Facilities

  • Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 200,000/- (lump sum, inclusive of all allowances) – Negotiable.
  • Official Vehicle: Provided.
  • Medical Facilities: As per DPS&C Rules.

Contract Duration

  • Three (03) years (renewable based on performance).
