Office of the Nursing Director Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Bannu

The Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Bannu, an autonomous institution overseen by the Board of Governors as per the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Reform Act 2015 (amended periodically), invites applications for the following positions:

• Registration with Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council
• 7 years of total experience, including 2 years post-qualification academic and 5 years in a clinical or administrative role
• 2 published articles in HEC-recognized journals in Nursing/Health Sciences | | Assistant Professor (Male/Female) | 1 | 45 years | - BSc Nursing (Generic) or Post RN BSc from an HEC-recognized university
• Valid PNMC registration
• 7 years post-qualification experience as a Registered Nurse, including 2 years in a supervisory role in a reputed teaching hospital | | Assistant Nurse Manager (Critical Care, OT) (Male/Female) | 1 per field (Critical Care & OT) | 45 years | - BSc Nursing (Generic) or Post RN BSc from a recognized university
• Valid PNMC registration
• 5 years post-qualification experience in ICU/CCU/ER or OT, including 2 years in a supervisory role in a reputed teaching hospital
• Preference for candidates with a one-year diploma or major in the relevant field | | Infection Control Nurse (Male/Female) | 1 | 35 years | - BSc Nursing (Generic) or Post RN BSc with specialty in Infection Control
• Valid PNMC registration
• 5 years post-qualification experience as a Registered Nurse, including experience in Infection Control in a reputed teaching hospital
• Preference for candidates with an Infection Prevention & Control diploma or major | | Registered Nurse Officer (Female) | 10 | 35 years | - BSc Nursing (Generic) or Post RN Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery from a recognized university
• Valid PNMC registration
• At least 1 year of experience in a reputed hospital | | Nursing Assistant (Female) | 10 | 35 years | - Certified Nursing Assistant diploma or Lady Health Visitors diploma
• Valid PNMC registration |

Application Process and Fee

• Application Form: Download the prescribed application form from the MTI Bannu website at mtibannu.edu.pk.
• Submission: Complete applications, with biodata and attested copies of academic and experience certificates, should be submitted to the HR Department, MTI Bannu, within two weeks of advertisement publication.
• Fee Payment: Application processing fees are as follows:
  • Rs. 2000/- for Serial No. 1 & 2
  • Rs. 1500/- for Serial No. 3 & 4
  • Rs. 1000/- for Serial No. 5, 6, 7 & 8
• Payment Method: Deposit fees in Bank Account No. 3003978558 at Bank of Khyber (KGNTH MTI, Branch Code 5205) in the name of “Hospital Director, Khalifa Gul Nawaz Hospital, MTI Bannu.”
• Electronic Submission: Applications must also be submitted electronically via mtibannu.edu.pk. Only hard copies will not be accepted.

Terms and Conditions

1. Application received after the deadline or incomplete will be rejected.
2. Applicants must present original documents at the time of the interview.
3. Positions fall under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Reforms Act, 2015.
4. Minority and disabled quotas will be observed per government policy.
5. No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
