APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL

The Board of Governors, Lawrence College, Ghora Gali, Murree, invites applications for the position of Principal. Below are the detailed job description, eligibility criteria, terms, and application process.

Eligibility Criteria & Required Attributes

Applicants must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A distinguished reputation as a scholar and academician with extensive experience in classroom teaching and administration.
  • Proven experience in educational management.
  • Capability and experience in resource mobilization.
  • Strong leadership qualities to ensure effective policy-making and efficient management of college affairs.
  • Educational Qualification: MA/MSc degree in any subject from a reputed university.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 55 years as of 30 April 2025.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in heading an educational institution (preferably a residential institution).
  • Medical Fitness: The candidate should be medically fit to lead an institution located at 6000 ft above sea level.

Terms & Conditions

  • The successful applicant will be offered a three-year (proposed) contract, extendable for two years based on performance.
  • Salary: Negotiable, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • The selected candidate will be entitled to:
