Eligibility Criteria

  • Gender & Fitness: Male/Female candidates who are medically fit.
  • Age Limit:
    • For retired education officers from armed forces: Maximum 60 years.
    • For civilians: As per eligibility conditions.
  • Skills: Must possess excellent communication, administrative, and management skills.

Vacancy Details

Qualifications and Experience

  1. For Retired Education Officers (Armed Forces)

    • Qualification: MA/MSc in any subject.
    • Experience: Minimum 15 years of commissioned service.

  2. For Civilians

    • Qualification: MA/MSc and M.Ed in any subject.
    • Experience:
      • 5–10 years of teaching experience.
      • 5–10 years of supervisory/administrative experience.
      • Aggregate experience of at least 15 years at the Intermediate or Degree College level.

Ineligibility Conditions

Applicants will be considered ineligible under the following circumstances:

  • Dismissal: Prematurely dismissed from any post in government or non-government institutions.
  • Termination: Previously terminated from any Fazaia institution due to allegations or disciplinary issues.
  • Moral or Legal Issues:
    • History of moral turpitude.
    • Involvement in financial embezzlement.
    • Criminal offenses.

Note: Applicants must provide an NOC from their previous institution.

Pay and Perks

  • Attractive pay package will be offered to selected candidates.

Additional Information

  1. Employment will be on a contract basis, renewable annually based on performance.
  2. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
  3. TA/DA: Not admissible for interviews.
  4. The reputation of selected candidates will be verified with their previous workplace.
  5. Concealment of any information may result in disciplinary action, even after selection.
