Qualification Requirements

  • Academic Qualification: MA/MSc or equivalent in any subject.
  • Experience: A minimum of 15 years of teaching and administrative experience at the Intermediate or Degree College level.

Ineligibility Criteria

  • Candidates who have been terminated or dismissed prematurely from any Government or Non-Government institution.
  • Individuals who have been terminated from any Fazaia Institution due to allegations or disciplinary issues.
  • Candidates with a history of moral turpitude, financial embezzlement, or criminal offenses. (Applicants must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their previous institution.)

Important Notes

  • Contract: This is a contract-based employment initially for two years, with the possibility of annual renewal based on performance.
  • Interview Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
    Note: TA/DA will not be provided for the interview.
