Qualification & Age Limit:

Educational Requirement: Master’s Degree from an HEC-recognized educational institution.
Age Limit: Between 45 and 60 years.

Experience & Required Skills:

Teaching Experience: Minimum 10 years in reputed educational institutions.
Educational Management Experience: At least 10 years as the head of similar institutions, as per the School/College Operations Manual.
Guidance & Training: Ability to guide and train teachers in teaching strategies, instructional methods, and knowledge dissemination.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective administrative skills.
- Financial management expertise.
- Human resource management capabilities.
- Sound educational management knowledge.

Pay Package & Facilities:

Principal - DPS&C, Main Campus, Faisalabad

Monthly remuneration: Rs. 300,000/- (lump-sum, inclusive of all allowances).
Medical Facilities: As per DPS&C rules.
Accommodation: Provided at the school campus.
Conveyance: Staff car with fuel as per policy.
Residential Utility Bills Compensation: As per school policy.

Monthly remuneration: Rs. 200,000/- (lump-sum, inclusive of all allowances, negotiable).
Official Vehicle: Provided.
Medical Facilities: As per DPS&C rules.

Contract Duration:

Three (03) years, subject to renewal based on performance.
