1. Position Details

Post: Principal
Campus: Okara

2. Qualification Requirements

• Minimum: MA/MSc from an HEC-recognized university.
• Preferred: Higher qualifications (MPhil, PhD).

3. Gender

• Male/Female

4. Experience

• Required:
  • At least 15 years of teaching experience in reputable institutions, including 5 years as Head of an institution, OR
  • 15 years of administrative experience with at least 5 years as Head of an institution.
• Additional:
  • Strong financial management experience.

5. Age Requirement

• Minimum 45 years

6. Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Negotiable (based on qualifications & experience).
• Facilities:
  • Medical coverage as per DPS policy.
  • Conveyance allowance with fuel.
  • Accommodation (as per policy).

7. Contract Duration

• Initial Term: 2-3 years (extendable upon Board of Governors' recommendation).
