VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

The Board of Governors, District Public School & College Secretariat, Okara, invites applications from experienced and qualified candidates for the position of Principal at DPS & College, Okara Campus.

Position Details

  • Post: Principal

  • Location: Okara Campus

  • Employment Type: Contractual

Qualifications & Education Requirements

  • Minimum: MA/MSc from an HEC-recognized university

  • Preferred: Higher qualifications such as MPhil or PhD will be given preference

Gender

  • Male/Female

Experience

  • Minimum 15+ years of teaching experience in reputable institutions, including at least 5 years as Head of an institution

  • OR 15 years of administrative experience with at least 5 years as Head of an institution

  • Demonstrated experience in financial management

Age Requirement

  • Minimum 45 years

Salary & Benefits

  • Pay Package: Negotiable (based on qualifications and experience)

  • Facilities:

    • Medical coverage as per DPS policy

    • Conveyance allowance with fuel

    • Accommodation (subject to policy)

Contract Duration

  • Initial term: 2-3 years (extendable upon recommendation of the Board of Governors)
