Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification:

    • Preferred: PhD / M.Phil / MS in Education, School Administration, or Educational Leadership from an HEC recognized institution with minimum 2.5 CGPA or 60% marks in the highest degree.

    • Alternate: MA/MSc with B.Ed / M.Ed (preferably).

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 8–10 years of administrative experience in reputed Matric/Intermediate level schools or colleges with a student strength of over 800.

  • Age Limit: 40 to 55 years

Terms & Conditions:

  1. The position is non-transferable and on a contract basis.

  2. After a 6-month probationary/observation period, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) may grant a 3-year contract, extendable annually based on performance.

  3. Salary package is highly competitive (in six figures), aligned with market standards, and will depend on the candidate's qualification, experience, and performance.

  4. Candidates who have previously resigned from or did not join this post after final approval are not eligible to apply again.

  5. No TA/DA will be provided for test/demo/interview.
