Captain Karnal Sher Khan Shaheed (NH) Cadet College Swabi: Principal Required

  1. Position: Applications are invited for the post of Principal at Captain Karnal Sher Khan Shaheed (NH) Cadet College Swabi. The required qualifications and terms of reference (TORs) are detailed below:

    Position Title: Principal (BS-20)

    Qualification/Experience:

    • Academic Qualification: MSc/MA (minimum 2nd Division)
    • Experience:
      • At least three years of experience in BPS-18 or above in the public sector, with a preference for two years of management/administration experience in BPS-20.
      • Retired Army Officers with the rank of Brigadier, Colonel, or Lieutenant Colonel who meet the educational and experience criteria may also apply.

    Age Limit: 40 to 58 years

  2. Compensation and Facilities:

    • The Principal will serve in BPS-20.
    • A 50% Cadet College Allowance will be provided.
    • Free semi-furnished accommodation will be available within the college premises at Village Ismaila.
    • A car and other facilities as per college rules will be provided.

  3. Pay Package: Negotiable based on higher qualifications and relevant experience.

  4. Contract Terms: The appointment will be on a three-year contract, extendable based on approval from the appointing authority.

  5. Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. No TA/DA will be provided, and candidates must bear their own expenses.
