CADET COLLEGE ESAKHEL, MIANWALI

PRINCIPAL REQUIRED

Cadet College Esa Khel Mianwali is an autonomous educational institute under the Government of Punjab that aims to provide quality education to students from remote areas. It is a fully residential institution offering a holistic environment for both academics and extracurricular activities. The college is currently seeking an experienced individual to fill the position of Principal on a contract basis, initially for a period of three years, extendable upon performance.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

  • MA/MSc (at least 2nd Division) from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 17 years of teaching/administrative experience in a recognized institution.

Age Limit:

  • Not more than 50 years (Age relaxation may be granted for candidates with experience in Cadet Colleges).

Pay Package:

  • BPS-20 with usual allowances.
  • Hard Area Allowance, Conveyance Allowance (negotiable).
  • Pay package and allowances are subject to the approval of the Board of Governors (BOG).

General Information:

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
  • Applicants must submit their applications along with a CV, attested copies of testimonials, supporting documents, and two recent passport-sized colored photographs.
  • Candidates serving in government, semi-government, and autonomous organizations should apply through proper channels; however, they may submit an advance copy of the application to expedite the process.
  • Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered.
  • The Chairman, Board of Governors, reserves the right to reject any or all applications without providing any reason.
  • No TA/DA will be provided for the interview.
