Bahria University invites applications from dynamic, qualified, and experienced professionals for the establishment of its upcoming College of Nursing at the Health Sciences Campus, Naval Anchorage, Islamabad. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an institution being developed from its inception, with the goal of delivering academic excellence in nursing education.

?? A. Principal

(Professor / Associate Professor)

Eligibility Criteria:

Academic Qualification:

MSN and Post-RN BSN / BSN with at least 10 years of relevant academic and administrative experience, OR

PhD in Nursing with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualification in Medical Education will be considered an added advantage.

Professional Requirements:

Must meet the Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council (PN&MC) eligibility criteria.

Demonstrated leadership experience in establishing academic institutions or nursing programs.

Proficiency in:

Curriculum development

Faculty training & mentoring

Accreditation processes

Regulatory compliance

Strong ability to liaise with:

Regulatory bodies (PN&MC, HEC, etc.)

Healthcare institutions

University administration

Excellent skills in strategic planning, administration, and communication.

?? B. Lecturer / Clinical Instructor

Eligibility Criteria:

MSN, or Post RN BSN / BSN (preferably with 5–7 years of teaching and/or clinical experience).

Qualification in Medical Education is a plus.

Must fulfill PN&MC registration and eligibility requirements.
