VACANCIES ANNOUNCEMENT

Bahria Foundation, a subsidiary of the Pakistan Navy, invites applications from suitable male and female candidates for the following position at Bahria Foundation School - Dhirkot Campus (AJK):

Principal

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Science or Arts subjects.
  • Candidates with M.Ed/B.Ed/EPM will be preferred.
  • 12-15 years of teaching/administrative experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Principal or Head of an institute is desirable.

Job Description:

  • Administrative and financial management of the school and all related matters.
  • Academic management of school teachers and students, including maintaining liaison with local authorities, education boards, district offices, government agencies, and media for the smooth and efficient running of the institution.
  • Control and supervision of teaching and administrative staff, including organizing their duties and performance appraisals.
  • Ensuring discipline and safety of premises, students, and staff.
  • Evaluation and updating of syllabi to align with the latest trends and requirements.

Other Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and public relations skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office-based applications.
  • Experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Ability to operate and monitor Integrated School Student Management System (ISMS).
  • Well-versed in School Financial Management System.

Note:

  • Candidates with degrees from HEC-recognized national or international universities are eligible to apply.
  • The pay package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
  • TA/DA will not be admissible.
  • Original academic and experience certificates will be required at the time of the interview.
