PRINCIPAL REQUIRED

1. Position Details

• Post: Principal

• Location: Aligarh Model School & College, Gulghast, Multan

• Employment Type: Contractual

2. Qualification Requirements

• Minimum MA/MSc from a HEC-recognized university.

• Higher qualifications such as M.Ed, MPhil, or PhD will be preferred.

3. Gender

• Male/Female candidates can apply.

4. Experience

• 15+ years of teaching experience in reputable institutions, including:

  • 7 years as Head of an institution of repute, OR

  • 15 years of teaching and administrative experience with 5 years as Head of an institution of repute.

• Demonstrated experience in financial management.

5. Age

• Candidates must be between 45 to 60 years.

6. Salary & Benefits

• Pay Package: Negotiable (based on qualifications and experience).

7. Contract Duration

• Initial Term: 1 year (extendable upon the recommendation of the Board of Governors).
