The Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, Government of Punjab, invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals as an individual consultant for a World Bank-funded project titled "PUNJAB FAMILY PLANNING PROGRAM (PFPP)". The qualifications and experience required for the post are mentioned below:

Qualification Requirements:
At least a Master’s degree in Procurement/MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain or 16 years of education in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines from an accredited university.
Additional qualifications in Management/Project Management will be given extra weightage.
Candidates with procurement-related certifications such as:
Member Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS) from CIPS, UK
Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) from SM, USA
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS/ASCM
Equivalent certifications will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
At least 8 years of verifiable experience (documentary proof required) in procurement of Goods, Works, and Consulting Services.
Hands-on experience in:
Conducting technical evaluation of bids
Contract award and management for government and donor-funded projects
Knowledge and practical implementation experience of:
Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs) guidelines
Various international/national/sub-national public procurement rules (due weightage will be given)

Applicants already serving in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies should apply through the proper channel.
Disqualification:
Submission of fake documents or concealment of facts will lead to disqualification.
Shortlisting & Interview:
Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview.
Date and time of the interview will be communicated via email/call/SMS by the department.
Document Verification:
Candidates must produce original documents at the time of the interview.

No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
