The Directorate of Sindh Water Sector and Barrages Improvement operates under the administrative control of the Planning & Development Department, Government of Sindh, to coordinate and monitor foreign-funded projects in the water and agriculture sectors. This office is also responsible for executing key activities related to the Shared Services Unit (SSU), Recovery and Reconstruction Unit (RRU) under the 4RF projects, and the Recovery and Reconstruction Unit (RRU) of Sindh Resettlement and Rehabilitation (R&R) Policy.
The services of eligible, motivated, and dynamic professionals are required as project staff purely on a contractual basis. The details are as follows:

Qualification:
Advanced degree in Geography, Computer Science, Surveying, Engineering, Forestry, or Earth Sciences.
Relevant academic coursework in GIS specialization or an international diploma in GIS will be preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Water, Irrigation, and Agriculture sectors.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC & PEC-recognized institute.
A Master’s in Engineering will be an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Water, Irrigation, and Agriculture sectors.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
A Master’s in Business Administration/Civil Engineering will be an additional advantage.
Preferably SPPRA Certified.
Procurement Management Professional with in-depth knowledge of donor-funded procurement regulations applicable in Pakistan.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Water, Irrigation, and Agriculture sectors.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science from an HEC-recognized university.
Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant office software.
Ability to design charts, tables, and graphs.
Experience:
Overall 3 years of experience with 2 years of specific experience in IT-related fields.
Experience in handling donor-funded projects will be given preference.
Qualification:
Master’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management (HRM) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR within a reputable organization.
Experience in dealing with donor-funded projects will be preferred.

The selection will be conducted per Government rules and policies.
The employment is purely contractual for one (01) year, extendable based on performance.
Candidates must have at least 2nd division in all educational qualifications.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
No TA/DA will be provided for tests/interviews and joining.
As per Government of Sindh policy, 15% quota shall be reserved for women.
Maximum age limit: 55 years.
