SITUATION VACANT

The Regional Infrastructure Fund-II in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for "Resilient Resource Management in Cities (RRMIC)" (KIW FUNDED) invites online applications from eligible Bonafide candidates (residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Merged Districts) for filling the following posts purely on a contractual basis till project life according to the Project Implementation Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 2022. Candidates must possess the minimum required qualifications and age as mentioned against each post.

2 Field Engineer (Civil) (SWBM) BPS-17 Master's in Environmental Engineering with a focus on Solid Waste Management (SWM). Advanced degrees preferred. Minimum 03 years of relevant experience. Relaxation can be granted in lieu of higher qualifications or relevant work before MS degree. 01
3 Urban Planner BPS-17 BE/B.S Degree in Urban and Regional Planning or Town Planning. Foreign qualifications preferred. Minimum 03 years of relevant experience. Relaxation can be granted in lieu of higher qualifications or relevant Urban Planning work before MS degree. 01
4 Social Organizer BPS-17 Master's in Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, or a relevant field. Minimum 05 years of relevant experience. Relaxation can be granted in lieu of higher qualifications or relevant work before a Master's degree. 01
5 Assistant Urban Planner BPS-17 BS in Business, English, Journalism, or a related discipline. Proficient in English and MS Office. At least 02 years of experience in a similar capacity. 01
6 PA to PD BPS-16 BS in Business Administration or a related discipline. Proficient in English and MS Office. Preference for Master’s degree holders in Business Administration or Computer Science. At least 03 years of experience in office administration. 01
7 Office Assistant BPS-16 Diploma of Associate Engineering (Civil) from a recognized institute. Minimum 03 years of relevant experience. 02
8 Sub Engineer BPS-12 Diploma of Associate Engineering (Civil) from a recognized institute. Minimum 03 years of relevant experience. 01

Terms & Conditions

  1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out, and any ineligible candidates will be disqualified at any stage of the recruitment process.

  2. Candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website and verify their CNIC from a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise before applying.

  3. Candidates must possess domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Merged Districts.

  4. Screening of candidates will be based on the ETEA test.

  5. Appointment is purely on a contractual basis until project completion.

  6. The positions will be abolished automatically upon project completion.

  7. Selected candidates will be offered a lump sum fixed pay package as per Government Project Policy.

  8. Only shortlisted candidates will receive interview call letters.

  9. Candidates must be eligible by the last date of application submission.

  10. Incomplete applications and those received after the due date will not be entertained.

  11. Government/Semi-Government employees should apply through the proper channel.

  12. Candidates applying for multiple posts must submit separate applications for each.

  13. Original documents with one attested copy must be provided at the time of the interview.

  14. The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies.

  15. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any application without assigning a reason.

  16. Unclaimed qualifications will not be accepted.

  17. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.

  18. Foreign degree holders must provide HEC equivalency certificates.

  19. Providing false information will result in rejection and legal action.

  20. Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.


How to Apply

  1. Interested candidates must visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply online.

  2. After successful submission, a prescribed deposit slip (with token number, project code & personal information) will be generated.

  3. Deposit the test fee through Easypaisa, Jazz Cash, or UBL Omni agent.

  4. Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with you and do not share it with anyone.

  5. Do not send documents/testimonials to ETEA. Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit them.

  6. Online applications will be available from February 27, 2025.

  7. The last date for application submission is March 24, 2025.

  8. Candidates will receive an SMS notification from ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips.

  9. Test date, time & venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.

  10. No separate call letter will be issued for the test through postal/courier means.
