The Model Pharmacy at Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Wazirabad, is seeking applications for the following position on a contract basis for one year, which may be extended upon satisfactory performance.

Position Details:

  • Age Limit: 25-35 Years
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field, preferably in the retail or hospital sector

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Attested copies of all educational qualifications, experience certificates, two recent passport-sized photographs, domicile, national ID card, and two self-addressed postal envelopes must be attached to the application. It is mandatory for applicants to clearly mention their mobile number on the application.
  2. Applications must be complete in all respects and submitted by 24-08-2024 to the office of the Chairman, Model Pharmacy.
  3. A relaxation of five (05) years in the upper age limit will be allowed for male candidates, and eight (08) years for female candidates.
  4. Candidates must be domiciled in any district of Punjab.
  5. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The Model Pharmacy administration will inform candidates about the interview date and venue after the due process.
  6. Candidates must bring all original documents related to the job at the time of the interview.
  7. Please note that the Model Pharmacy is a non-government organization, and fixed pay will be given. This is not a government job and cannot be converted to a government job in the future under any circumstances. The place of work is the Model Pharmacy at CPEIC, Wazirabad.
  8. No TA/DA will be provided to candidates for the interview.
