Qualification Requirements

  • Academic Qualifications: Must hold a PhD in a relevant field, or an MBBS or equivalent medical qualification with a higher diploma (e.g., FCPS, FRCP, FRCS, or U.S. Board certification).
  • Reputation: Should have national and preferably international recognition in the relevant field, which could be in basic or clinical sciences.

Experience Requirements

  • Experience: At least 7 years as the head of a department, unit, program, or institute.
  • Additional Qualifications: Strong commitment to medical education, teaching experience, and research contributions.

Key Responsibilities

As defined by the policy board regulations for the Medical School Dean.

    Completed job application form, cover letter (including the names, postal addresses, and email addresses of three referees), academic and experience certificates, domicile certificate, two passport-sized photographs, and a copy of the CNIC.
