Eligibility Criteria:

For Assistant Director (Web Developer):

  • Basic Qualification:
    • At least 2nd Class M.Sc/BS (Four years) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent degree from HEC recognized University/Institution.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in web development in a reputed government/private organization, software house, or company.
    • Proficiency in web development technologies (PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3).
    • Familiarity with APIs and database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
    • Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and GIS tools (Leaflet or Mapbox) is a plus.

For Assistant Director (GIS Specialist):

  • Basic Qualification:
    • At least 2nd Class M.Sc (GIS)/ BS (GIS/RS)/BS in Geomatics (GIS/RS), Computer Science, or equivalent degree from HEC recognized University/Institution.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in GIS development and spatial analysis in a reputed government/private organization, software house, or company.
    • Proficiency in GIS tools like ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar platforms.
    • Knowledge of programming languages (Python, JavaScript, or R) for GIS automation.
    • Familiarity with spatial databases (PostGIS or Oracle Spatial) and web mapping tools (Leaflet, Mapbox, OpenLayers).

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test.
  2. Candidates must create a profile on ETEA's website and verify their CNIC via NADRA E-Sahulat franchise before applying.
  3. Interview calls will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
  4. Screening will be based on a test conducted by ETEA.
  5. Candidates must meet eligibility criteria by the last date of application submission.
  6. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
  7. Candidates in government or semi-government positions must apply through the proper channel.
  8. Separate applications are required for each post.
  9. The authority reserves the right to modify the number of vacancies or reject any application without assigning any reason.
  10. No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
  11. Foreign degree holders must provide equivalency certificates from HEC.
  12. Age relaxation as per government policy.

  3. After online application submission, print the deposit slip and submit the test fee through Easypaisa, Jazz Cash, or any UBL Bank branch via UBL OMNI agent.
  4. Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) for future reference.
  5. Do not send documents/testimonials to ETEA office unless required after the screening test.
  6. Apply separately for more than one post.
