Vacancies Announcement

Pakistan's IT and ITeS sector is experiencing phenomenal growth in export revenues. The Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication, is the apex body responsible for:

  • Development and capacity building of the IT and IT-enabled Services (ITeS) sector.
  • Ensuring export growth.
  • Promoting Pakistan and its IT and ITeS industry globally.

PSEB seeks professional resources on a contractual basis for the following positions:

1. Director Marketing and Branding

  • Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer
  • Work Location: Islamabad (occasional domestic and international travel required)
  • Maximum Age: 50 years

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Branding, Marketing, Business Administration, Strategic Management, or related fields from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in branding and marketing roles, including digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to inspire and manage teams.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in the IT/Tech sector.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media platforms).
  • Familiarity with public relations and crisis management strategies.

2. Manager Strategy & Partnerships

  • Reports to: Director Business Development & Partnerships
  • Work Location: Islamabad (occasional domestic and international travel required)
  • Maximum Age: 45 years

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields.
  • Minimum 08 years of post-qualification experience in strategy, partnerships, or international business development, preferably in the IT & ITeS sector.
  • Significant advantage: Prior experience in Government-to-Government (G2G) collaboration.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage successful partnerships and achieve growth targets.

3. Manager Projects

  • Reports to: Director Projects
  • Work Location: Islamabad
  • Maximum Age: 45 years

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master will be highly valued.
  • Minimum 08 years of post-qualification experience as a Project Manager or leading monitoring/evaluation projects, preferably PSDP projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Procurement and PPRA rules.
