Secretary to CEO
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Work Location: Islamabad
Maximum Age: 35 years
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent from HEC recognized University.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar post managing office of the Head of the organization. Fully conversant with organizational procedures, rules & regulations. Fully aware of office routine of public/private sector companies. Hands-on experience in MS Office.
AM Media Research & Publications
Reports to: Manager Events & Delegations/Director M.R. & Publications, PSEB
Work Location: Islamabad
Maximum Age: 40 years
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum of 16 years of education with a degree in marketing, international business, international relations, social sciences, communications, business analytics, or business administration from an HEC-recognized local or international university.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience preferably in technology or telecom market research, content development, social media management, and business
analytics. Experience in technology research and/or consulting organizations or
international technology firms would be a plus. Proven ability to independently lead
research projects from inception to completion handling social media.
Assistant Officer Skills & Capacity Development
Work Location: Islamabad
Reports to: Director/Manager Skills & Capacity Development
Maximum Age: 35 years
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum 16 years of qualification in business administration, general science, commerce, or equivalent from an HEC recognized University.
A minimum of three (03) years of relevant experience in administration/project management/is required.
Preference will be given to candidates with relevant work experience in a public sector organization and those possessing Project Management experience/qualifications.
Incumbent possessing good communication & and interpersonal skills, abilities in proposal writing, drafting, and presentation with proficiency in using office applications and tools is desired.
Assistant HR
Reports to: Manager Human Resource, PSEB
Work Location: Islamabad
Maximum Age: 30 years
Qualification & Experience:
• Must have 14 years of education in BA/BSc/B. Com degree from an institute duly recognized by HEC or designated board of education.
Minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience as an Assistant/ Office Assistant or Assistant HR. Must be computer literate having experience in MS Office.
