Director Finance (DF)
Reports to: CF&AO, PSEB

About the Role
Director Finance holds a senior management role in PSEB, managing the finance and accounts department of the organization. The role will require a dynamic and experienced resource to overall supervise and manage finance, accounts, and budget-related functions, and to build a progressive goal-oriented, and results-driven organization. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing financial controls, policies, and procedures, and reporting systems aligned with all applicable GOP and PSEB rules and regulations,
Pakistan's IT and ITeS sector is experiencing phenomenal growth in export revenues. Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), the Apex body of the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication, is responsible for the development and capacity building of the IT and IT-enabled Services (ITeS) sector in Pakistan, for ensuring exports growth, and brand building of Pakistan and its IT and ITeS industry globally. PSEB requires the services of a dynamic and High-Caliber executive management, with the following qualifications and experience.
Chief Industry Development Officer (CIDO)
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer, PSEB
Work Location: Islamabad (requires occasional domestic travel and at times travel abroad)
Maximum Age: 50 years
Qualification & Experience
Minimum 16 years of education in engineering, computer sciences, or management disciplines from HEC-recognized local or international University, preferably with a higher degree in management, business administration, or finance. PMP certification would be an advantage.
Minimum 15 years of experience in handling skills development programs, infrastructure development, managing regulatory affairs, dealing with taxation issues, undertaking initiatives for ease of doing business and reducing cost of doing business, building industry-academia linkages; including five years of demonstratable project management experience. A minimum of three years of experience in a relevant leadership role is required, preferably in a technology-driven organization.
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer, PSEB
Work Location: Islamabad (requires occasional domestic travel and at times travel abroad)
Maximum Age: 50 years
Qualification & Experience
Minimum söxteen (16) years of education from HEC-recognized local or international University, ideally with a degree in marketing, international business, or strategic planning. MBA from HEC-recognized top local universities or international universities is highly desirable.
Minimum ten (10) years of demonstrable experience in marketing, strategic partnership development, brand development, and business development. Minimum two years of experience in a relevant leadership role is required.
Qualification & Experience
Qualified CA/ACCA/ACMA/CFA or master's in finance from HEC recognized local or international university, with a strong understanding of finance, accounting, and operations management.
• Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in managing, finance, accounts, and budget-related functions of an organization. The incumbent must be well versed with AGPR regulations, follow government policies and procedures, and possess sound knowledge of government and regulatory compliance requirements. Preference will be given to candidates having experience of working in progressive public sector international/technology industry organizations.
