MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAMME
Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) is a state-owned enterprise responsible for the exploration, mining and marketing of various minerals. Operates under the administrative control of Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan. As part of its commitment for capacity building of young professionals, PMDC is pleased to offer on the-job training opportunity as Management Trainee through one-year contractual engagement.
The Management Training program is a one-year training contract and does not constitute an employer-employee relationship and there is no obligation on PMDC to offer regular employment to trainees on completion of the training period.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• Local or foreign-qualified Pakistan nationals with bachelor's or master's degree (minimum 16 years of education) or equivalent in specific disciplines/categories as stated below from a reputable institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
Maximum age to be 28 years on the date of advertisement.
Must have minimum 3.0 CGPA.
Candidates who have graduated in years 2023 with or without post-qualification experience.

1. Applicants meeting standard eligibility criteria mentioned above will be required to appear for a written test and interview.
2. Selection will be made on merit basis, with 30% weightage on education marks, 40% on test assessment and 30% on interview evaluation.
3. Selected candidates will be paid a lumpsum monthly stipend of PKR 80,000/-.
4. Incomplete and late applications will not be entertained.
5. Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview/test.
6. No TA/DA will be admissible for interview.
7. The last date for submission of applications is 25.05.2024.
