Finance
Director |
The Candidate shall be
- A member of a recognized body of professional accountants; or
- A person holding Master's degree in Finance from a university recognized by Higher Education Commission.
Experience:
The Candidate shall have:
- At least 7 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable organization in case candidate is a member of a recognized body of professional accountants; or
- At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable organization in case candidate is a person holding Master's degree in Finance.
- Preference shall be given to those applicants who have experience of working in tertiary care hospital and ERP environment.
- The appointment will be made purely on contract basis for a period of three (03) years.
- Maximum age shall be 60 years. Job Description
- Coordinate and supervise all financial and accounting matters of the FMTI.
- Prepare the detailed regulations and procedures for the financial management of the FMTI for approval by the Management Committee and the BOG.
- Advise the Deans, Hospital Director, Medical Director and Nursing Director on all financial matters, ensuring transparency and fiscal probity.
- Ensure all the accounts are kept according to rules and regulations approved by the BOG.
- Assist in the development of the Medical College/Dental School and Hospital budgets by the Dean, Hospital and Medical Directors, respectively, ensuring that the financial projections and financial accounts are accurate.
- Prepare an Annual Financial Budget/reports for next year for the approval of the Board.
- Ensure facilitation of any external audit of the accounts required by the Board or Government and implement the recommendations of the audit.

02. |
Director information Technology |
The Candidate shall be:
- A holder of Master's degree (minimum 16 years of academics) Information Technology/ Computer Science! Software Engineering/ business management or business administration from a tier-1 HEC accredited national or international educational institution which is widely recognized as a computer science, information technology or business administration and management leader. An additional degree in an STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) field or specifically in healthcare is a bonus but not compulsory.
Experience
- The Candidate shall have:
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior IT role, of which at least 4 years must be as a leader in a senior management position.
- The appointment will be made purely on contract basis for a period of three (03) years.
- Maximum age shall be 60 years.

03. |
Secretary
BOG |
The Candidate shall be:
- A holder of Master's degree or LLB from a university recognized by Higher Education Commission. Experience
The Candidate shall have:
- At least 5 years of experience as Company Secretary/Legal advisor / Secretarial Practitioner in a company registered with SECP/Federal Government's Regulatory Authority or Autonomous Body/ reputable Professional firm.
- The appointment shall be made purely on contract basis for a period of three (03) y ears.
- Maximum age shall be 45 years.
Job Description
- Secretary BOG shall perform all secretarial and office functions of the Board including support in organizing/scheduling Board meetings, recording minutes of the meetings. drafting and obtaining approvals for the agenda of the meetings, collating and distributing working papers/ presentations and carrying out communication with all members of the BOG. The Secretary BOG will report to the BOG.

Manager
Legal
Affairs |
The Candidate shall be:
- A holder of LLB Degree from a university recognized by Higher Education Commission, Master's Degree holder will be preferred.
- The candidate should have a valid Practicing license of bar council
Experience
The Candidate shall have:
- At least 7 years of relevant experience.
- The appointment shall be made purely on contract basis for a period of three (03) years.
- Maximum age shall be 45 years.
- Job Description Manager Legal will:
- Oversee, review, negotiate, and/or prepare any/all general and specific contracts when directed.
- Oversee and manage litigation cases of the organization through liaison with external counsels.
- Provide assistance and opinions /strategic advice to internal stakeholders on the issues having legal implications.
- Ensure legal compliance and provide legal input in the decision-making process with respect to management's decisions.

05. |
Associate Professor (Neph- rology) |
I) MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized/ registered by the Pakistan Medical
Commission.
- Postgraduate higher qualification such as D.Sc, Ph.D. FCPS, MD, MS, M.Phil in the respective subjective.
OR
- Equivalent qualification recognized/ registered by PMC.
- 05 years teaching experience as Assistant Professor in the undergraduate medical institute. OR
- 08 Years teaching experience as Assistant Professor in the undergraduate medical institute.
- Must have produced at least 03 research paper
O R
At least five (05) research papers if teaching experience is in undergraduate institution.
- Maximum age shall be 50 years.
- First preference
- Teaching Experience.
- Second preference
- Practical experience after postgraduate qualification.
- Third preference
- Practical experience before postgraduate qualification.
Credit should be given the original published research work in the standard Medical Journal. |
