Vacancy: Education Instructors (Male) - Permanent Commission

Requirement:
Due to the computer-based testing system, basic computer literacy is mandatory for all candidates.

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit:

  • 22 to 29 years (as of 13 October 2025)

Height Requirement:

  • 163 cm to 188 cm

Education Qualifications Required:

For Education Instructors:

  • Subjects: Mathematics, Physics, English

  • Degrees Required: MSc (16 years) or BS (4 years) in the relevant subject.

  • Academic Requirement: Minimum CGPA of 2.5 out of 4.0 or First Division.

For Religious Teachers:

  • Age Limit: 25 to 29 years (as of 13 October 2025)

  • Height: 163 cm to 188 cm

  • Qualification:

    • Intermediate (F.A./F.Sc.) pass

    • Dars-e-Nizami certification from a recognized Islamic institution.

  • Preference:

    • Hafiz-e-Quran (those who have memorized the Quran)

    • Qualified Qaris (Reciters)

Training and Service Details:

  • During training, candidates will initially be ranked as Chief Technician Trainees.

  • Upon successful completion of one year of training, candidates will be promoted to the rank of Assistant Warrant Officer (Unpaid initially).

  • Further promotion and service conditions will be governed according to the prevailing Pakistan Air Force policies.

Selection Procedure:

For Education Instructors:

  • Initial written tests based on the relevant subject (English, Physics, Mathematics).

  • Intelligence and academic tests.

For Religious Teachers:

  • Test of general knowledge and religious studies.

  • Successful candidates will proceed to physical fitness tests.

Physical Fitness Standards:

  • 10 push-ups within 1 minute

  • 15 sit-ups within 1 minute

  • 20 squats within 1 minute

  • 1.6 km run in 8 minutes

Further Steps After Fitness Test:

  • Psychological tests

  • Medical examination

  • Final interview at the designated selection centers

Note:
Candidates must pass all stages to be eligible for final selection.

General Instructions:

  • Candidates guilty of misconduct or rule violations will be disqualified.

  • Candidates must not have any criminal convictions.

  • Candidates dismissed from government service are not eligible.

  • Candidates cannot register from more than one selection center for a single entry.

  • After commissioning, married candidates will be given accommodation as per PAF rules.
