SITUATIONS VACANT

Applications are invited from suitable candidates who possess degrees/certificates duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the relevant board and have relevant post-qualification experience. The appointments will be made on a contract basis for the following positions:

1. Software Developer (OPF Grade-07)

• Number of Posts: 01

• Quota: Punjab (General)

• Status: Two years' contract (extendable based on performance)

• Pay Scale: 50,680-3,420-119,080

• Place of Posting: Islamabad

Benefits & Allowances:

• Benefits:

  • POL facility (in case of own vehicle)

  • Free medical facility at panel hospitals

• Allowances: As admissible under the rules

Minimum Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science (4-year degree) OR

  • Master’s in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification

• Experience:

  • At least three years of enterprise-level experience in developing web-based and Android applications in a reputed public or private sector organization.

• Required Expertise:

  • Software Coding/Programming:

    • C#.NET, ASP.NET (latest framework), MVC, Bootstrap, PHP (latest framework), Android, Web Server

    • HTML5, CSS4, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax

  • Databases:

    • MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server

• Maximum Age Limit: 35 years (including general relaxation)

2. Assistant Director (Computer) (OPF Grade-07)

• Number of Posts: 01

• Quota: Punjab (General)

• Status: Two years' contract (extendable based on performance)

• Pay Scale: 50,680-3,420-119,080

• Place of Posting: Islamabad

  • At least 2nd Class Master’s in Computer Science OR

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science (4 years) from an HEC-recognized university

• Experience:

  • Three years of relevant experience in a reputed public or private sector organization

• Maximum Age Limit: 35 years (including general relaxation)

3. Computer Technician (OPF Grade-06)

• Number of Posts: 01

• Quota: Punjab (General)

• Status: Two years' contract (extendable based on performance)

• Pay Scale: 35,270-2,670-115,370

• Place of Posting: Islamabad

  • Car maintenance allowance

• Allowances: As admissible under the rules

Minimum Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification:

  • Three-year diploma in Electronics or Computer Hardware from a recognized Polytechnic Institute

• Experience:

  • Three years of experience in the relevant field

• Maximum Age Limit: 33 years (including general relaxation)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Age relaxation will be admissible as per Government rules.

2. Age will be calculated from the closing date of application submission.

3. Eligibility will be determined based on academic qualifications as per the requirements mentioned for each post.

4. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.

5. The information provided in the job application form will be verified before the offer of appointment.

6. If any information is found fake or bogus, the candidate’s application will be canceled, and legal action will be taken.

7. Applicants already in government service must apply through the proper channel.

8. No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.

9. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel/postpone the recruitment process at any stage.

     • Educational documents

     • Experience certificates

     • Domicile certificate

     • CNIC

     • Deposit slip of the application fee

3. Application Deadline:

   • Applications must be received within 21 days from the date of advertisement publication.

   • Late or incomplete applications will not be entertained.

4. Important Notes:

   • OPF will not be responsible for any postal/courier delays.
