02 Positions of Officer Information System Auditor (OG-II/OG-III)

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT/CS from HEC recognized University. Master's degree will be an added advantage.

Experience: Minimum 02-year post-qualification experience in Information System Audit (CISA) or any other relevant to information system audit.

Age Limit: 21-35 years

Skills Required:

  • In-depth understanding of evolving technological developments and trends relevant to State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) guidelines and regulations on information system security audits and enterprise technology governance.
  • Skilled in data collection, information compilation, and report generation.
  • Proven ability to perform comprehensive control reviews on systems development, operation, programming control procedures, and security standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive audits (compliance, Financial, Operational, integrated) of Information systems, IT infrastructure including, Policies and procedures.
  • Provide expert consultation to departments on operational and system-related issues, focusing on improvements and corrective actions.
  • Develop and deliver internal training programs to enhance the audit capabilities of audit staff.
  • Proactively evaluate and report on the alignment of information system (IS) strategic planning with overall business objectives.
  • Evaluate IT governance and infrastructure to obtain sufficient and reliable audit evidence in support of audit objectives.
  • Evaluate and report on the lifecycle management of business applications and systems, encompassing development, acquisition, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Assess the effectiveness of internal controls in preventing and mitigating fraud, with a focus on potential management override.
  • Evaluate compliance with the State Bank of Pakistan's (SBP) Enterprise Technology Governance Framework and related regulations and guidelines.

01 Position of AVP/Manager Database

Qualification: MCS, MIT or 4 years Bachelor's Degree or relevant Master degree in Computer Sciences from HEC recognized University.

Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.

Age Limit: 30-40 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain database servers and processes.
  • Monitor system health and performance, ensuring high levels of performance, availability, sustainability, and security.
  • Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time.
  • Provide suggestions for solutions, refine and automate regular processes, and document changes.
  • Assist developers with query tuning and schema refinement, develop queries, and update databases.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after working hours.
  • Manage database access and permissions, liaising with applications/operational staff.
  • Ensure that databases are adequately backed up and can be recovered in the event of a disaster.

01 Position of AVP/Core Banking

Skills Required:

  • Excellent understanding and practice of AutoBanker modules, Core Banking areas.
  • Advanced knowledge of Oracle Database and Linux, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL, and willingness to learn new software systems.
  • Working knowledge and experience of web-services/API, XML, PL/SQL.
  • Experience with Oracle Development Workbench is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with consultants.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop Core Banking Applications through training, coaching, and establishing policies and procedures.
  • Lead and manage activities to achieve high service level standards.
  • Implement configuration and parameter setting/fine-tuning to improve the overall Core Banking system performance.
  • Analyze business needs and requirements versus system support, finalizing the priority of new BRD and change requests.
  • Define different support levels and escalate matrixes and TAT for each level.
  • Determine support levels required for issues identified by users, prepare user guides, and procedures for all system users.
  • Provide Core Banking System parameterization according to the Products as well as regular periodic parameterization.
  • Cross-train in all banking system functionalities to all core levels.
  • Create new branches, products, features, and modules.
  • Identify, analyze, and report occurred and potential issues with software vendors for solutions.
  • Support system upgrades, features, and/or product tests.
  • Oversee the development of customizations and interfaces in the Core Banking System.
  • Apply fixes, patches, and/or system updates to resolve problems and ensure the system's proper functioning.
  • Participate in project implementations related to Core Banking.
  • Advise business stakeholders on optimal process and system functionality.

Pay Package: Negotiable, depending upon the qualifications & experience of the candidate.
