OFFICE OF MEDICAL SUPERINTENDENT TERTIARY CARE HOSPITAL NISHTAR-II MULTAN

Applications are invited for appointment on a contract basis for suitable candidates having the required qualifications and experience for the following posts as per the eligibility criteria defined in the Punjab Health Department Allied Health Professional Services Rules, 2012 (as Amended), and Health Department Technical Post Services Rules, 2003.

Posts and Requirements
Junior Technician (Dispenser)

Qualifications: Relevant allied health sciences discipline from a recognized board.
Age: 18-35 years.
Junior Technician (Pathology)

Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in pathology from a recognized board.
Age: 18-35 years.
Junior Technician (Therapy)

Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in therapy from a recognized board.
Age: 18-25 years.
Laundry Manager

Qualifications: Diploma in relevant field and training in the respective industry.
Age: 18-25 years.
Third Boiler Engineer

Qualifications: Diploma in Boiler Engineering, recognized certification, and relevant experience.
Age: 18-25 years.
Line Man (PD) Works

Qualifications: Matric with science from a recognized board and relevant diploma.
Age: 18-25 years.
Terms & Conditions
Domicile: Both male and female applicants having domicile of the Province of Punjab can apply.
Contract Basis: Appointments shall be made on a contract basis under the "Contract Appointment Policy 2004" (amended till date) initially for a period of 03 years, extendable subject to good performance.
Equivalence Certificates: In case of O' and A' Levels, equivalence certificates must also be submitted.
Special Persons: Differently abled persons shall attach proof of registration from the Social Welfare Department along with the Disability Certificate.
Original Documents: Applicants must present original documents at the time of the interview.
Age Calculation: The age and experience of the candidate will be calculated on the last date of submission of the application. Age relaxation in the upper age limit shall be as per the Government of Punjab S&GAD Notification & Recruitment Policy, 2022.
Quotas: Quotas shall be observed as per Recruitment Policy 2022.
Merit-Based Recruitment: Recruitment shall be made strictly on merit in accordance with the "The Contract Appointment Policy, 2004", Recruitment Policy, 2022, and instructions issued from time to time by the Government of Punjab.
Multiple Posts: In case a candidate wishes to apply for more than one post, they must submit a separate application form for each post.
Government Service Candidates: Candidates already in government service should apply through proper channels.
Recognized Degrees: Only the degrees issued by the university/institute recognized by the HEC or a reputed foreign university with HEC equivalence will be considered. The degree program must be HEC recognized on or before the closing date of the advertisement.
Fake Documents: Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to disqualification of the candidate at any stage of the recruitment process or during service.
Original Documents for Interview: Complete original documents along with copies will be provided by the shortlisted applicants at the time of the interview.
Right to Cancel: The department reserves the right to cancel, increase, or decrease the number of posts at any level without assigning any reason.
No TA/DA: No TA/DA will be allowed for appearance in any test or interview.
Eligibility Check: Candidates are advised in their own interest to ensure before applying that they fulfill the eligibility criteria for the posts as mentioned above.
NTS Requirement: Candidates shall have at least 50% marks in NTS to pass as per criteria defined by the department. Shortlisting for the interview will be done based on NTS results. Shortlisted candidates after passing the NTS tests will be called for an interview and informed accordingly.
Application Submission: Candidates can apply through NTS till 25th July, 2024. Candidates shall apply online by visiting the National Testing Service (NTS) website (www.nts.org).
Application Documents: Candidates shall submit a duly filled-in Application Form (online), along with a deposit slip of the prescribed fee in favor of National Testing Service, a copy of CNIC, educational and experience certificates, and two recent passport size photographs. The application should be sent directly to NTS through courier service.
