Qualification & Experience:
- Pro Vice Chancellor/Project Director: Ph.D./FCPS/MS/MD from a recognized university and approved by the HEC. Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience at a reputed university.
- Assistant Professor/Senior Registrar: FCPS/MDS/Ph.D. or equivalent qualification as per PMDC. Experience in a medical college or teaching hospital preferred.
- Medical Superintendent: MBBS, MPH as per PMDC & PHC criteria.
- Human Resource Manager: MBA HRM from a recognized university and approved by the HEC.
- Hospital Pharmacist: Pharm-D/M.Phil. approved by the Pakistan Pharmacy Council.
- Nurses (Staff and Interns): BS Nursing/BSN with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital.
- Nursing Lecturer: MSN/BSN/Post RN with at least 2 years of experience in a hospital.
- Pharmaceutical Chemistry Pharmacognosy: M.Phil./PhD (approved by Pakistan Pharmacy Council).
- Physical Therapy Lecturer: MS/M.Phil. DPT/PPOPT/T.DPT (approved by Pakistan Pharmacy Council), with 2 years of experience in a reputed teaching hospital.
- Engineers/Technicians/Technologists: 2-year diploma or BS 4-year program (Biomedical Engineer/Technician, Dialysis, ICU Technologist/Technician).
