Chief Programs (SPPS-I) Position

Pay Scale
Special Professional Pay Scale-I (SPPS-I) as per rule/policy in vogue.
Tenure
Maximum period: 05 Years.
Initial appointment: 02 years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
Age Limit
Maximum age limit: 55 years.
Pay Package
As per rule/policy in vogue.
Minimum Requisite Qualification, Eligibility Criteria, and Job Specifications
Education:
Master's degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Management Sciences, HR, MBA, or any relevant/similar degree from an HEC-recognized/accredited university.
Age:
Maximum 55 years.
Professional Experience:
Overall professional experience of 20 years.
At least 5 years in the TVET skills sector including program design and development experience.
Additional Preferences:
Donor management experience.
Good understanding of TVET sector policies, procedures, dynamics, and trends.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing policies and strategic recommendations for leadership teams.
Strong understanding of strategic frameworks and approaches, and knowledge of developing business plans.
Strong project management skills with proven experience in managing complex projects.
Exceptional relationship management skills and experience in developing new projects and lines of business.
Strong experience in change management.
Responsibilities
Ensure the development and execution of program strategies across all existing and forthcoming programs, focusing on efficient program planning to establish NAVTTC as a prominent brand in the TVET sector.
Oversee the design, development, and management of skills development programs aligned with NAVTTC's goals, including primary research and collaboration with external partners.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with program implementation.
Analyze emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities within the skills domain and TVET sector, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Implement and oversee strategies aimed at enhancing awareness and promoting the brand image of NAVTTC through proactive engagement with respective stakeholders.
Formulate and develop NAVTTC's skills promise through comprehensive marketing and communication strategies.
Establish and manage communication strategies to disseminate program outcomes, including success stories externally through various knowledge dissemination platforms.
Develop effective mobilization strategies tailored to engage stakeholders such as Training Service Providers (TSPs), trainees, donors, and communities.
